So what's everyone up to this weekend? I hope you'll all be getting your stamps and candles out and having a play with the soot technique! :) I'll be having lots of fun this weekend playing with this gorgeous stash of stuff. :P
Today's entry comes from Shelly Williams:
Shelly inked her gloss cardstock with AMM ink (caramel), and then applied the soot.
She stamped her sooted cardstock with a Frangipani stamp from Stamp-it.
Shelley rubbed around the edges of her piece to give it a distressed effect before applying hairspray as a fixative.
To create the card base, Shelly used a Stampin' Up roller with Versamark ink to create the background pattern. To finish her design, she embellished with flowers and a pin.
