Today's entry comes from Katrina Thompson:

Katrina explains how she created her card:
"On white gloss, I sooted then stamped the Anna Griffin flourish to get the white image. I then stamped the image again directly on top in Worn Lipstick Distress Ink to get the pink shadow, then sprayed fixitive".
"For the strip I sponged Worn Lipstick on white gloss, sooted then stamped the same flourish and applied fixitive. I then ripped a strip top and bottom to get a white edge and stuck it across the card. I mounted the panel on black & added pink lace top / bottom edging the points with Kaiser pearls".
"I added some black lace at the top with a button and pearl to embellish then mounted the panel on white gloss card, edging it with worn lipstick".
"I made a white clay bodice with a Krafty lady mould, wrapped her in the black lace with a pink paper belt and pearl necklace. The flower was on a Collections acetate sheet that I cut out layered colour paper under and attached as a feature".
Gorgeous card Katrina!
Katrina has also very generously offered to match the $2.00 that I will be donating to the Red Cross Bushfire Appeal for every entry received this month. Thank you Katrina!
Katrina's entry is the 10th entry this month, so that brings my total donation to $20.00. Added to the matching donations from Jen Sweatman, Katrina Thompson, and Darkroom Door, we have raised $80.00 so far! If you too would like to match my donation, please let me know! :)
Don't forget that February is a short month, so you only have a few more days to get your entries in! I'm looking forward to seeing some more! :)

This is SO great Katrina! Love the way you've done the soot stamping then stamped with the ink to create the shadow- it looks fantastic.
And so wonderful to hear you're adding to the donation total as well :)
